FUNERALS DURING THE EASING OF PANDEMIC
RESTRICTIONS
You and your deceased loved one and family are in the prayers of the parish during this time. Please accept our deepest condolences. The
following guidelines are for the safety of all and according to current guidelines that will help you plan:
Funerals may be held in the Church and as always arrangements
will be made through the Funeral Director;
The Church is at 50% capacity (every other pew) and Masks are to be worn in the church;
There is no offertory procession at this time;
Holly Communion is distributed in the hand and masks should be worn in the procession until it is time to receive, and put back on after receiving Communion.
LITURGY PLANNING
When planning the Funeral mass, below are the reading selections, you may choose friends or family members for the readings. The priest will meet with the readers before the Funeral Mass begins.
